Standard items are provided for free; you only need to cover the express shipping fee. If you have a freight account (Fedex, DHL, TNT), no shipping fee is charged. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the lead time for sample production and bulk delivery?
Samples usually take 5-7 days. For bulk orders, general manufacturing takes 15-30 days after the order confirmation is fixed.
Can I apply my own label and logo to the products?
Yes. You can either send us your label design for us to produce and attach, or send us your finished labels directly for application.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM services, the general MOQ is 500pcs per color for the best pricing. For special requests with lower quantities, sublimation printing may be used.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, or 30% deposit before production with the 70% balance paid before shipping or against the B/L copy.
