Can you provide samples and what is the cost?
Free for standard items, you only need to cover the Express fee. If you have a freight collect account like Fedex, DHL, or TNT, there is no express charge. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the typical lead time for samples and delivery?
Samples usually take 5-7 days after receipt of the sample fee. For mass production, we can generally fulfill orders of several thousand items within 15-30 days after order confirmation.
Can I customize products with my own label and logo?
Yes. You can either send us your label design for us to manufacture and apply, or send us your finished labels to be attached to the products.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM services, the general MOQ is 500pcs per color for the best pricing. For smaller special requests, sublimation printing can be used directly.
What shipping methods do you offer?

What are your payment terms?
